Clyde Tops Lakota 81–62 in Varsity Victory The Clyde Fliers earned a convincing 81–62 varsity win over Lakota, improving their record to 3–3 on the season. Clyde set the tone early and never looked back, using balanced scoring, strong perimeter shooting, and consistent pressure across all four quarters. Clyde jumped out to a 25–10 first-quarter lead and maintained control throughout the night, winning each quarter on the scoreboard. The Fliers led 42–22 at halftime and continued to extend the advantage with steady offensive execution. JeCori Roberts led all scorers with 21 points, knocking down six three-pointers to spark the Clyde offense. Karcen Garner followed with 18 points, including two triples, while Oscar Webb added 9 points. Chase Castle contributed 8 points, and Clyde received solid support from throughout the lineup, finishing 30-of- field goals and 9-of-14 from the free-throw line. Lakota, now 5–1, was paced by King Beard, who scored 25 points, and Nick Elchert, who added 12. Despite moments of momentum, Lakota was unable to overcome Clyde’s fast start and outside shooting.
