Marc Marshall has been the cornerstone of Clyde High School’s softball program for nearly four decades, serving as the Head Coach for 36 years. His remarkable career is decorated with numerous accolades and milestones that highlight both his coaching success and his character.

Marshall was inducted into the Ohio High School Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association Hall of Fame, a testament to his lasting impact on the sport in Ohio. He is also a two-time NW District Coaches’ Association Coach of the Year and a two-time Ethics and Integrity Award winner, honors that reflect his leadership both on and off the field.

Under his guidance, the Lady Fliers have earned:

• 11 Sandusky Bay Conference titles

• 4 District championships

• 7 District runner-up finishes

• 1 Regional championship

• 2 Regional finalist finishes

• 1 State Final Four appearance

Marshall’s dedication to his athletes and his program has established Clyde softball as one of the most respected and competitive programs in the region.
