Coach Ryan Carter brings 25 years of coaching experience across multiple sports. Since 2006, he has been a cornerstone of Clyde athletics, coaching football and basketball for nearly two decades.

Before returning home to Clyde, Carter served as:

• Swanton High School – Head Basketball Coach, Head Softball Coach, and Offensive Coordinator for Football.

• Stryker High School – Head Basketball Coach and Head Softball Coach.

  A graduate of Clyde High School, Carter was a three-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball, and baseball. He continued his football career at Ball State University, where he had the opportunity to play in two bowl games. Coach Carter’s long-standing dedication, humor, and pride in Clyde athletics have made him a valued member of Flier Nation.
